G-Code for DevOps · Support

Get G-Code working again, fast.

G-Code runs in your own Azure subscription. We hold no logs, telemetry or copies of your data, so we can't look up your deployment. Most problems are quickest to fix inside your organization, and this guide shows who can fix what.

Who to ask

Start with the right person.

01 / FIRST

Your administrator

Your Azure DevOps administrator or platform engineer can fix most problems: setup, access, address changes, capacity and licences.

02 / THEN

GeekIt support

Contact us when the extension or proxy software itself is at fault, after your administrator has confirmed the configuration is correct.

Ask your administrator

Common messages and what they mean.

G-Code isn't set up yet

The proxy address hasn't been configured for your organization. Your administrator sets it once.

You don't have access

Your account isn't in the group allowed to use G-Code. Your administrator can add you.

The address changed

A security check needs your administrator to confirm the change. Use “Copy the details for your administrator” in the panel and send them what it copies.

Capacity, quota or “unavailable”

Your organization's own AI provider handles this, not GeekIt. Your platform team can check the deployment and quota.

The data notice appears again

It's shown once more after a fix to the configuration check. Accept it once and carry on. Nothing else is needed.

“Not licensed”

Your platform team applies a replacement licence. It takes effect without a redeploy or restart, so there's no need to retry.

  • The panel misbehaves and your administrator confirms the configuration is correct.
  • The proxy won't start or deploy from the templates we supplied.
  • An error message is wrong, misleading or points to the wrong person.

Security

Found a vulnerability?

Email security@geekitmea.com. Please don't disclose it publicly until we've replied, and don't test against another customer's deployment without their permission.

Licensing and billing

How the licence works.

  • G-Code is a paid, bring-your-own-licence product. One licence covers every Azure DevOps organization under the tenants we agree.
  • We invoice you directly, not through the Visual Studio Marketplace.
  • The licence is checked inside your tenant. If it expires, G-Code stops for everyone in the organization until a replacement is applied. There is no read-only mode.
  • Inference capacity comes from your organization's own provider agreement. We don't bill or meter model usage.
  • Quotes and pricing: geekitsales@geekitmea.com. Anything else: support@geekitmea.com.
